The Worth Of Appropriately Storing Files – Making Money Blogging
Tuesday, March 2nd, 2010Every blogger works to keep his content high in quality for the reason that everybody knows just how crucial it is in a blog’s functioning. Even the best search optimization methods, syndication or any other strategy will fail if the content a reader finds himself with is nothing worth a read. The value of quality content then cannot be compromised especially when one plans to make money blogging. Every now and then, a blogger updates his blog in order to keep his content not only high in quality but fresh as well. The most religious bloggers publish new posts at least once a day and by the time the blog has been set up, there would have been tons of old posts that a blogger needs to find an efficient way of archiving. Of course, good archiving is important for the reason that it lets the blogger to preserve his works in a way that is easy both for himself and his readers to sift through. Indeed, it’s worthless to write good content and not be able to keep it efficiently. Besides, a blog takes a lot of its pride from the great number of previous posts that should be displayed in a spot where people can easily get to them and explore them. Some of the times, readers come to a blog not only to read the most recent post but also to dig deeper into a blogger’s works and find more reasons why that blog is worth the visit. A few will even stay longer once they become engaged by previous posts one after another. It is, thus, important to be able to archive in a way that makes such old posts look attractive to readers and convenient to pull up as well. When archiving, it’s a good idea to have each archived page full of details so when a reader makes a search in the blog’s search bar, relevant pages are instantly displayed. A page with an archive of related posts also makes a nice idea when deciding how to organize previous posts. This way, people don’t only read the most recent entry but will also be invited to read those which have been written previously. A trick that can make anyone’s archives more magnetic is to make headlines short and concise so people would know exactly what the posts are all about. Having titles that are too long tend to be draining to a reader and this may actually cause a loss of interest to explore what else the blog has to offer. This way, the reader spends more time on a page and will have even more opportunity to dig deeper into other posts in the archive. Good filing away practices add to making a blog make money and for anyone who does seek to earn money blogging , one can begin by carefully outlining his blog, letting in where archives will be stored. Sooner or later, these archives will slowly build up while the blog itself builds its reputation.
